Website Usage
iStrategae site shall have two forms of listings; sponsored and non – sponsored. Entries in non – sponsored listings will be allowed to post content on the website free of charge. However, iStrategae shall reserve the right to edit any/all information posted on the iStrategae site. The editing may also be done at your request and will cost you $100 (hundred dollars). All materials posted on the iStrategae site maybe subject to modification

Intellectual Property
You expressly recognize and agree that iStrategae 's trademarks are the sole property of iStrategae or its partners and affiliates. You do not have any right, title or interest in such or any use thereof, including but not limited to the reproduction of any such trademarks. Jurisdictional Issues
Unless otherwise specified, these Terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be in the District Court of Seattle or in the United States Federal Court for the State of Washington. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
